QUALITY CONTROL
Power supply as core part of electronics device include power supply, power adapter, USB charger, battery charger, AC adapter, lead acid battery charger.
 
In MICRO POWER COMPANY, Quality is the first important, basic to win long term business with our customer, is first important to win win our company development.
So we have many way to control our quality  to be best ,such as :

1)     QC team include IPQC,QC,OPC.



At present, we have more than 30 qualified QC staff. The QC is based on our ISO 9001:2000 registered Program. All QC procedures are integrally tied to this program.
The QC starts at incoming material inspection, and continues through to finished goods/shipping of the product.


1)     Each component is approved by our R&D engineer before we purchasing and we have IPQC to inspect material coming before into our warehouse.
2)     We have QC for production line to monitor each production step, perform production by production instruction made by our PIE department.
3)     There are more than 3 times testing in whole production procedure, testing content include:
*electronics character testing.
*appearance testing.
*Mechanical structure testing.
*Burn-in testing etc.
*Tinned soldered inspection.
5)Packing inspection before we deliver goods include shipping mark,GW/CTN,NW/CTN etc.

We currently achieve a "100 PPM defect rate". MICRO POWER is truly targeted to "Zero Defect Quality".

In addition to the normal incoming QC and standard production line QC, we add a Temperature Rise Testing to further ensure the final quality, and to eliminate infant mortality due to potential marginal parts.

Procedures/testing Details
MICRO POWER is set up with very new available equipment to support QC. We source only from the most reliable suppliers.

We are ready for PAHS, 6P, NP. QC 08000 Certified.

*Integrated testing device for electronics character in production line
*Burn in testing, all our product must be 2hours in bur-in testing.
*Mechanical testing and appearance inspection.
